Holsen Solar is growing, and we’re looking for a licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our crew! If you have residential experience and are looking for a new opportunity with a tight-knit team making a big impact in clean energy, we’d love to hear from you.

Don’t have solar experience? No problem. We’re happy to train the right person on solar installations and EV charger setups—we just ask that you bring a solid electrical background and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Residential electrical work, primarily focused on solar PV systems and EV charger installations

• Work independently and with a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and up to code

• Communicate clearly with customers and represent Holsen Solar with professionalism and care

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Journeyman Electrician (MN License Required)

• Experience with residential electrical systems

• Reliability, attention to detail, and a great attitude

• Interest in renewable energy and growing with an innovative company
